Allianz Care dental insurance in Singapore operates on a reimbursement basis — you pay at the clinic after treatment and submit a claim to recover eligible costs. Which app you use depends on how your plan is administered. Check your physical card or digital e-card for the iXchange logo.

Allianz Care dental benefits are modular — coverage depends on which dental plan is included in your policy, and whether specific benefits such as dental implants or orthodontic treatment are active on your plan. - Guards and splints related to bruxism or impact protection
Pre-Authorisation — Treatment Guarantee
For complex or high-value treatment — implants, crowns, and surgical cases — Allianz Care may require a Treatment Guarantee before treatment begins, equivalent to a Guarantee of Payment. Allianz responds within 24 hours of receiving a complete form. Dentalis advises whether pre-authorisation is required before any treatment proceeds and prepares the supporting documentation.
MediSave & Allianz Care
Can I Use MediSave and Allianz Care Together?
No. MediSave and Allianz Care dental insurance cannot be combined for the same procedure — you choose one pathway per claim. MediSave is generally the better option for surgical wisdom tooth removal and dental implants. Allianz Care is generally the better option for fillings, crowns, root canal treatment, dentures, and preventive care. If you have two distinct procedures at the same visit — one MediSave-eligible, one not — each can be claimed separately under its own scheme.

- Surgical wisdom tooth removal — up to $1,690 per tooth
- Dental implants (surgical component) — up to $1,950 per implant
- Your Allianz Care annual limit has been reached
- The procedure is MediSave-claimable and your CPF balance covers more of the cost
