Monthly household income per person: $1,500 and below, or AV of home $21,000 and below.

CHAS Orange

CHAS Orange Card

Middle-income individuals. Subsidies cover 10 basic and preventive procedures from 1 Oct 2025 — a major enhancement for Orange card holders.

Monthly household income per person: $1,501–$2,300, or AV $21,001–$31,000.

Merdeka Generation

Merdeka Generation Card

Members of the Merdeka Generation receive special subsidies designed for substantial support of dental care needs.

Singapore Citizens born between 1950 and 1959.

Pioneer Generation

Pioneer Generation Card

Senior citizens with comprehensive subsidies for the widest range of dental treatments. The highest tier of CHAS support.

What Is Covered

CHAS-Covered Dental Treatments

CHAS covers essential dental procedures, including basic and restorative dental procedures. From 1 Oct 2025, the list of covered procedures has expanded and subsidy limits have been increased.

Cosmetic treatments like teeth whitening, braces, or Invisalign are generally not covered. Only clinically necessary procedures are eligible.

How to Apply

Getting Your CHAS Card

  1. Check Eligibility

    Visit the CHAS website to confirm you are eligible based on household income or home Annual Value (AV).

  2. Apply

    Submit online or at a Community Centre with your ID and proof of income. Alternatively, ask our Dentalis Concierge for a CHAS form.

  3. Receive Your Card

    Your CHAS card will be mailed with your subsidy level confirmed.

  4. Visit Dentalis

    Present your CHAS/PG/MG card and NRIC. Subsidies are applied instantly — you pay only the remaining balance.
