Dental Surgeon
This is for a clinician who wants more than a chair, a schedule and a monthly production target.
We are looking for experienced dentists and orthodontists who share our belief that excellent dentistry should be thoughtful, clearly explained and built to last.
The Position
The Dentist Role
You will have the space and support to practise patient-first dentistry, build long-term relationships and contribute to the growth of an independent practice.
You should be comfortable taking ownership of the full patient experience: listening carefully, diagnosing thoroughly, presenting treatment honestly and delivering care to a consistently high clinical standard.
This is not a high-volume clinic. The focus is quality of care, continuity of relationship and a standard of communication that patients can trust. You will not be pressured to overtreat, upsell or produce at the expense of clinical judgement.
As Dentalis grows, there will also be opportunities for the right clinician to take on greater responsibility and, over time, earn a stake in the business.

About Dentalis
Dentalis is an independent boutique dental clinic located in a 3,000 sq ft, three-storey heritage shophouse in Singapore's CBD. The first floor doubles as a rotating art gallery. The waiting area holds Assouline travel books rather than rows of plastic chairs. The music, lighting and pace of the clinic have been carefully considered.
It feels unlike a conventional dental clinic because it was designed to feel like somewhere we would choose to spend time — and somewhere patients can settle their nerves.
As Dentalis grows, there may be opportunities for the right clinician to take on greater responsibility and earn a stake in the business.

We are open to both associate and full-time arrangements depending on the candidate and clinical scope. The working week is structured around Monday to Friday 9am–6pm and Saturday 9am–1pm. We are happy to discuss the arrangement during the interview.
No. Equity or partnership is a possibility for the right clinician over time — it is not a day-one offer. It depends on fit, performance, mutual trust and where the practice is in its growth. We are transparent about this from the start: we are not using partnership as a recruitment hook. We are mentioning it because we are serious about it for the right person.
Remuneration is competitive and discussed directly with shortlisted candidates. We do not publish a fixed number because it depends on clinical experience, scope of practice and arrangement type. Our approach is to structure compensation fairly, without tying clinical incentives to overtreatment.
We are primarily looking for experienced clinicians who are comfortable working independently and managing the full patient experience. That said, we are open to speaking with dentists who have completed their foundation years and demonstrate the values and clinical mindset we are looking for. Full SDC registration is a requirement.
Yes. We are open to specialist clinicians, including orthodontists, where there is clinical alignment and a Specialist Accreditation Board (SAB)-recognised qualification. We are happy to discuss how a specialist might contribute to and benefit from the Dentalis environment.
The patient base is CBD-based — largely professionals, expats and mid-career adults. The clinic attracts patients who tend to be engaged with their dental health, willing to invest in quality care and open to well-reasoned treatment plans. CHAS and MediSave are accepted. The focus is on quality of care and long-term patient relationships rather than volume.
